I have a pic I made for a friend.
I was wondering how I could make it significantly larger without losing too much quality
I am aware of plugins like Topaz, I don't mind using them if that'd help me get what I need.

Is there a way to do this that would yield better results or no?

not possible, used many sources in the image that aren't in high quality themselves.
any options at all? even a slight improvement is good

Is there going to be a serious response in this thread?
it needs to be as large as possible, it's going to be blown up on canvas, but I am sure I can't get the quality high enough for THAT, just whatever can be done, and whatever quality I'll lose over that is fine.
