go to assorted brushes, there is one of that description there
just play around with spacing/scattering etc

nono, it was a file consisting of like 4-6 brushes with various smudge brushes
i downloaded a set from PR but i cant find the file

Everything you need is the standard hard round brush @ 90%+ strength.
No idea why you would want multiple brushes combined. Your smudging won't be better, it'll be worse.

The so called "smudge brush" packs are created by people who can't smudge themselves.
Ignore those packs, focus on the hard round brush.

A lot of practice is all you need.

Their is a set in the resource section of tag freak, but I agree with sane. You have less control over them.
