Ok so here is where i am at

and i am not even close to done with this one, just passed the first "shading phase".

Anyway i need tips on how to shade better and maybe some ideas, like background.

Basically what i did was:
Made a "base" color layer which have the basic color, then added a new layer named "dark" using that one to shade dark parts and then i made a layer called "weekdark" and used that one to make the dark fade out more.
Then i did the same with the light shading and dived every body part in to this same process.

Ps: now while looking at it i can see that the skin color maybe is a bit dark, not sure

To be honest, i dont really dig the pose. I'd like to see the whole stuff, with the end of the spear and stuff. And add some shadows, it looks like he is levitating. Keep going

that is a old sketch i did with paper peen 1-2 years back and you could not see the whole spear too there. Guess i will just continue following the tutorial and do the best i can

maybe try changin up the color of his skin, for example on the legs it looks like the muscle is showing or something, you could make that part red

About the glow, hmm i will try it and see if it fits or not. Def worth trying thou
