Is there any out there available free. Or someone willing to teach, happy to reward with fg any help :)

Want to make looping smoke effects seamless and other kinds of animations!

Check out Aaron Blaise and Howard Wimshurts on youtube. That should help. Try making an animated flag as exercise. Good luck!
