wanting to compress this to *edit:70kb for a sig

any tips?

I used a free image compress machine online and it dropped it to 1mb and looks like doodoo. Wondering what I'm doing wrong. Any help appreciated

- Create an animation that has a seamless loop while using less frames
- Decrease amount of pixels that change color and/or brightness value

Edit: the maximum file size for signatures is 70kb

Thank you but I think I need to spend more time doing GFX work. @deramigo gave me some tips on the prior message. Best I follow that advice before I ask anymore questions on the subject.

run it in gimp and save it as a jpeg with the quality you need to reach 70kb
