You need to make sure it’s an APNG, png, jpeg or GIF format, after that you need to make sure then link ends with .apng, .gif, .png or .jpg after the link.

Your image seems to be webp format and is not optimized for JSP.

It’s too big (yours is 760x322 pixels) and maximum signature size is 400x150 pixels.

Also you need to make sure it doesn’t exceed a file size of 70kb or it will be taken down because it’s against the rules.

Avatar size is 50kb.
