I'm designing a website and I'm looking for someone who has website design experience. Willing to pay forum gold by the hour/would like someone to help walk me through learning some of the things that need to be done. I'm not looking for someone to design the entire website persay, more of someone to walk through some of the steps and fine-tune.

Have you tried AI site generators?

PC Version, tablet and smartphone design for the site.
How do users interact with the site? navigation through clicking, hovering etc on said devices.
Good quality pictures with low file size to load the site faster.
Documentation of hex codes, sizes of different elements, fonts used, font color font size. borders. Any info the web developer can use to create the product / prototype.
Design for multiple pages. Landing page, About, Contact etc depending on complexity of the site.
Avoid using copyrighted material for commercial purposes. (images, fonts, whatever)

Those are some things you have to account for as web designer.
