This is a method i developed over a year, not using After Effect, only Adobe premiere pro.


What is does is, removing any cameraman errors.
And it makes the camera track the model perfectly, and every movement or rotation or walk.
It allows eye contact with the model 24/7, Meanwhile rotating the camera to lineup the body in a perfect way.

1) Cut movie into nice clips,
always cut existing cuts again
Remove what is not nice
get clips shorter then 1min, when use 4K

2) Sequence > Auto reframe sequence (9:16 instead of 16:9)
This is a nice A.I. tracking program that goes real fast compared to After Effects.
It centers the face of the model in the middle of the screen.
This crops the resolution from 3840*2160 to 1215*2160

3) Set resolution to 1350*2160 instead of 1215*2160 to prevent black border creation.
Dont set it back to 4K since Warp stabilizer requires alot of computing power

4) Nest sequence, to prevent mask from moving with the Auto reframe sequence move animation.

5) Create Mask around the model, to prevent background from dictating the warp stabilizer.
Thats a oval around the model, and the outside of the oval is black.
You can also track the mask, but this is almost never needed, unless make a other technique video.

6) Nest sequence, this creates a new original movie (now with a black oval around model)

7) Warp stabilizer.
Method: Position, scale, rotation. (the subspace warp only advice for after effects work with 3to5%smoothniss)
Smoothness: can stay on 50% or set even bigger to 100%
Borders: Stabalize only (dont crop to remove borders)

Now watch, if it looks nice, maybe the mask needs to be spammer or bigger or the clip needs to be cut more.

8) Remove mask.
Double click on the nested sequence, and you go to the original before you nested, and allowed to remove mask.
Then go to you xxxx - (9*16) sequence where you left.
Set the position

9) you can rotate90 and set resolution back to 16*9 to fill the screen with the model

10) repeat all steps for every clip

11) Can use Topaz Video Enchant A.I. to upscale to 4K

12) For soft erotica, slow motions with optical flow A.I. frame generation is super nice.
