IF we assume that generel relativity is in fact correct, wouldnt it be impossible for a a blackhole to swallow somethings ? At least big objects like planets and starts? ..

I don't know a time when a black hole would ever get close enough to a star to suck it in given that the universe is always expanding away from its self, but if a star should turn into a black hole the planets would still orbit it. this is how we sometimes find black holes, when planets seem to be orbiting nothing. the gravitational pull that the star had before the collapse is the pull it would have as a black hole.
so, i dunno when such an event would happen.
