well.. hmm according to quantum mechanics that would prolly already have happned... but is it atoms that moves around like that? aint it just electrons and protons

Already have happened? or are you thinking of how one needs to take ones self into the equation as all possible states. ? it works out that you would need to wait long enough to watch the universe die and be reborn from the foam of the pure vacuum more then once. and atoms do this as well. though its very random so such events are almost always counteracted by an objects atoms jumping in all directions there for canceling it out.

furthermore doesnt quantum mechanics and physics conflict with generel relativity ? (quite unsure about the differense of quantum mechanics and physics (how much of the physics apply in the mechanics if u know what i mean lol))

this is true, many have tried to give the two a shotgun wedding.. though none have been successful.

But couldnt we just assume that particles r only able to do so due to their small size.. and as far as i know, this has only been proved under specific conditions... ehmm dno how to explain my self.. i just hit the language barrier

The m theory is extension of string theory by michio kaku about how 11 dimensions make all the math work right blah blah... but that we just can't comprehend the other 7 dimensions. it has yet to be fully explained yet.

lets do this again, but I have to sleep. gotta get up early so I can go buy maple before work tomorrow.
