i take trad. art lessons from myself and internet - best thing with tutorials and tips are that they never ever say something stupid back to me or if i fail, they don't hit me.

dA has been such a big help for me since i started messing with pencils and papers again. i have those great tutorials/collections gathered in one place and few of them i printed out so i can have them always with me if i go drawing somewhere.


tho i'm seriously considering taking some lessons, i want to learn painting alot - i hope i can do it in next few years.

well it was about 4 years ago or something, if i have stayed i would prob be a lot better at drawing etc etc



agree, dA is awesome. Ive learned a lot from all the tutorials ive read and shit.

you know, the older you get, the more you are interested of studying - atleast for me it works so.
anyway, dA got awesome artists that put up tips and works from their own studies and yes, basically it can teach you everything you ever need to know about drawing.

with dA and wiki - you can basically be self-studied artist if you really want to get into art. tho i still think that painting is something i should learn in art class - i'm already aware of it's complexness (it's not a word but you know)

well right now for me, drawing feels like a lost talent. I dont draw that often anymore.

i wish i had the "will" to draw more but i keep spending time on other things cus i lack of inspiration.

hehe, yeah - i know how you feel.. i find it pretty hard to take and draw something lately but well, that's because hard times and lots of thinking about other things.

still have my friends portrait wip laying around, i was supposed to finish it for 20th june

yepp, kinda got a lot to do even thou im unemployed.

Think i am going to upload my last sketches in the "sketch thread" soon then i will try to draw more

i'm going to be employed from beginning of july - got a job in finland so will be there for rest of summer and maybe more if i find it necessary..

anyway..
