a ) artist creates his own piece for his personal use with resource from another artists. he/she have received permission to use the resources for non-commerical work which they will be used. artists appreciates that, gives credit to original artist of resources. happy end.

b ) artists creates work for customer request. he/she finds resources from public databases/sites that are someones work and not meant to be used as stocks for any of commerical or non-commerical purpose. artists won't ask permission, takes and uses others work by his/her own will and gets real currency profit out of it. happy end

are they same and i am idiot or did i miss anything or..
