Ah yeah ofc I always have enough meat

It's not too direct on the heat I only keep the coals to the right side there but the ashes drift over to the left after awhile so it looks like its all around

I have a smoker out there but the bottom portion was full of damn ants ( stupid south carolina) For this grill I'll put in wet wood chips for about the first two hours then when I start with the sauce for the last two hours I just let it cook. Then about the last thirty minutes I throw on some Jack Daniels smoking pellets. If you haven't tried those bad boys their crazy as hell. A handful of them makes enough smoke to literally cover my big ass front porch. The JD smoking pellets are a lot better then the sauce they make. Most of their sauces are just too damn strong but the smoke has a nice mellow taste to it.
Ribs are gr8 but my favorite grilled food is what the local rednecks call "Dancing Chickens" which is the two whole birds with beer cans stuffed in their asses. Holy shit that's good chicken and it only takes about two hours to make.

Brown is far superior though I agree and they would have had a better glaze on them with it but meh they'll still be bad ass u.u
