Ah yeah I actually don't drink that much anymore it just seemed like a good standard guy come back. When I did though it was usually spiced rum or crown and coke. With beer usually Nat Lite or just plain old Budweiser unless I'm out eating somewhere like a microbrewery type deal then I dig the dark ales u.u

Those ribs look amazing and slow cooked is the only way to go, they fall right off the bone ofc.

Mm no that's pretty good if you do the preportions right. The sugar is unnecessary (just use brown sugar, it is regular sugar it just has like 5-10% molasses with it). 4 hours is a fairly light smoking biggrin.gif but you're also giving it direct heat from the coals. It should be good; I hope you made enough for everyone!

Ah yeah ofc I always have enough meat ohmy.gif It's not too direct on the heat I only keep the coals to the right side there but the ashes drift over to the left after awhile so it looks like its all around sad.gif I have a smoker out there but the bottom portion was full of damn ants ( stupid south carolina) For this grill I'll put in wet wood chips for about the first two hours then when I start with the sauce for the last two hours I just let it cook. Then about the last thirty minutes I throw on some Jack Daniels smoking pellets. If you haven't tried those bad boys their crazy as hell. A handful of them makes enough smoke to literally cover my big ass front porch. The JD smoking pellets are a lot better then the sauce they make. Most of their sauces are just too damn strong but the smoke has a nice mellow taste to it.

Ribs are gr8 but my favorite grilled food is what the local rednecks call "Dancing Chickens" which is the two whole birds with beer cans stuffed in their asses. Holy shit that's good chicken and it only takes about two hours to make.

I was out of brown sugar so I had to use a bit of white sad.gif Brown is far superior though I agree and they would have had a better glaze on them with it but meh they'll still be bad ass u.u


OH SHIT THIS IS NOW JSP COOKING SECTION SORRY BACK TO TEH GFX. WHERE IS THE GFX SKILLS?
