User is using my signature from my gallery. He pm'd me saying he'd pay for it then once I made it hes now not paying.

long story short: he falsely accused me of jacking the sig. Then, harrasses me every time he sees my post (stalking me?) for a while by posting harrassment posts after i post in a thread. Then, i guess he jacked my sig then sold to these kids. either that, or those are his multis (i doubt).
