On your last two-


Try just setting the tags to black and white and zooming out to like 25% so the tag looks tiny. That's an easy way to check if your value shapes are working and giving you a quick read. Simply putting white soft brush over something that doesn't already have solid values isn't an effective solution, I think that's why your getting a "blending fail".

I think it's a bit sharp, especially on the crows and the light sauce
and I think the liquify on the right is sorta random, might look better if you dragged it to the top so it wasn't pointing right towards the middle of the tag

as for the other two, the colors are hurting a lot, they don't looks too good with each other
the tzl tut one, it seems like everything is stretched/distorted and looks bad

Strange. I held shift when resizing. I don't know lol.

just dont use complementary colors together when you start

especially red and green
