I do not have any saved .PSD which shows how to crop that exact avatar.

Reason being : I usually save my pictures in .PNG format to facilitate the transition of different platform such as Creative Cloud for the text format & Paint.net to change and add colors while keeping a 100% transparency background (which was the case for this avatar).

Im not using a private avatar, im using a pic i saw on diablo 2 web site (Dont remember wich, but i downloaded and about 2month ago i was cheking a folder and saw it, then i decided to upload to tinypic for use as avatar). Never saw Najjar's until he sent a PM this morning.

Its pub so im not stealing any grafic work.

The thing is since I personally made the crop myself, the best thing I can do to prove that I personally did this very picture
is to analyze all three on a 3200%.

*What you mister Finances@D2JSP forgot to take into consideration is that I did a little mistake when I was cropping this picture. I know you took it from me because it took me about thirty minutes to remake the Big finger on the RIGHT hand of the TYRAEL picture. And THAT, is not a coincidence that another person would have done on "another d2 website." Both, the one you're using without my permission and mine, have the same EXACT organization pixels on the big finger. And can only be done by remaking the finger from A to Z.

Note : You can clearly see the names of the pictures, TyraelJSP.png being my current Avatar. Finances@JSP Picture.png being the current picture that Finances is using at the moment. Tyrael.png being the original photo.

Note : I'd like to take to your attention at the finger pixels' colors. You clearly see that I did by mistake, cut a good portion of the finger.
I tried my best to re-adjust my mistake and that's why a portion of BOTH (because he obviously stole it from me), have the same pixel color & organization.
You can easily see the difference between both avatar, compared to the original picture.

Fact :
You can even try to look it up yourself, takes a minute max.
If anyone else would of crop'd the original picture by himself, the color arrangement on the Big Right Finger would of been completely different.


To conclude:
Finances@ Jsp definitely took his Avatar from me, without my permission AND not from "another d2 website" because if that was the case, the finger wouldn't be EXACTLY like this UNLESS of course..
the person from who he took the picture, did the same EXACT mistake at the same EXACT spot and tried to repair his mistake by doing EXACTLY the same thing as I did AND on top of that, did it on a 58 x 64 pixel avatar which is very unlikely. Is there enough coincidence here or am I mistaken ?

Seriously, you are make a drama... I am an honest person and i respect all the people arround. Dont need lie about this and about nothing.

What are you saying and trying to prove is really nothing you dont have any real proof to confirm you made it, are talking about historis of fingers etc etc...

Like i said in the topic #93, i take this pic from a diablo 2 web site, not from you. I never saw your arround D2jsp forums so dont know how i gonna copy ""your avatar"" mr. Najjar@d2jsp.

Now days i not really active arround here and ofc dont need that kind of lame histories, no ofense. So deal with it and forget it. This is a public avatar. Everybody can use it because not YOUR avatar.

If it make you happier, i can talk with a friend and make an exactly avatar from the original pic.

Had this Sig and avatar custom made for me by Tann3r@jsp. He made them from an image I sent him and was paid for the work. Found this user using my avatar. Can anything be done?
