CI can work, but like is better for nemesis.

Yeah, read some of the affixes. The flask charge draining one would be brutal.

Not so much, the one that applies elemental affixes is pretty bad because it will shock, freeze, or ignite you, and because of being CI the duration will be really long. Also without shavronnes ring CI kinda sucks. You really need that regen.
