i wanna enter the SOTW

can someone give me advice on how to do a photomanip?

cuz isnt a sig basically a manip on its own right?

I've got this pretty wicked e-book on photo manipulation I could host for you - I haven't read it though no tips to give.

im still kinda confused on what is defined as a photo manipulation and what isnt lol

yea, they only "photomanip" ive seen is that 1 where they had like a rainbow dome on a grass field
