Hello, your signature and your avatar are not a problem here.

Note that the avatars are automatically resized to 64 x 64 pixels, so the size doesn't matter (it can be useful to decrease the size to decrease the weight of the image if it is too big). On the other hand the weight must be less than 50 kb and your avatar is 37 kb (<50) so everything is good on this side.

Your signature must not exceed the dimensions of 400 x 150 pixels and 70 kb in weight. Yours is 400 x 150 and 19 kb (<70), so everything is fine too.
