First make the shape you want clipped, hide it. Make a new layer, image -> apply image, unhide the shape/splatter, press ctrl alt g on apply image, and move applied image around.

thanks but all i see it the black lines.....

edit* say i make a black line, i make a clipping mask on it and its still a black line

make a new layer with a clipping mask on it
on the clipping mask layer apply the image you want on the black line
with ctrl + t move it around till you see what you like.

no but there is a few in this sig

have to say i like that one

cs3 extended...but sometimes cs2 is a way better than cs3
i would mix those two progs
