And sorry but if someone aged of 14 could draw that stuff, he'd have his own website and would be very famous. You can't do such paintings at the age of 14, you know why? because this illustration was made by someone very skilled, a mature artist.

my old guild was called slutty spammers so this banner was originally for it, but then i got new guild but sltuty spammers is still a rank and still property of the guild.

If you just opened that file, Photoshop's history would've only showed "Open", not any work done to it, like your overlays.
So either you're lying about possessing the .psd or you kept open that file ever since you created it, which I highly doubt.

does it matter? it takes 2 seconds to make the thing lol... i didn't save the psd cuz i didn't think i'd need it later on =[.... my old guild was called Slutty Spammers then i changed it, but slutty spammers is still a rank in my current guild.....this guy obviously stole my banner so i don't see how this exempts him from being a ripper...

I'm not saying he shouldn't be punished for stealing your banner or anything like that at all.

It's just the fact that instead of just saying you didn't save the psd, you decided to be deceitful and lie about it.
