Definitely an improvement, I still stand by what I said about the lack of effects though.

well sometimes simpler is better i dont want to croud the sig with effects in some cases can make it look worse and distract you from the focal point

Looks flat, the fx are decent but it lacks a crisp-ness and the render is a low quality one, which doesn't help.
It looks washed out, the exposure seems to be off, and the monotone color scheme doesn't help as well. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't IMO
Also I think this would benefit from some gradient maps to complement the color. Doesn't seem to be any lighting work done either, as opposed to your other most recent one that I really like

i like this version quite a bit for some reason, though the left 1/3rd seems a little empty

focal is pretty messed up in this one, although I like the idea.

Focal ? i used the rule of thirds on pute the head right on the cross hairs of the top right

The render just doesnt cacth my eye, I look at the text and effects first because they out power the render
