Depends on how big your loop will be. If you're just doing a video card and cpu then you can get away with just a 360mm radiator. But if you're going all crazy and doing SLI or cooling the north bridge / south bridge then you need 2-3 360mm radiators and a bigger case. A rad box is also a good option. Leaves you with more options for cases then. ^_^

I am thinking yet. I am quite sure it will be one 280X and CPU under water (CF/SLI almost never pays off for anything less than top end cards). My main goal is to get that shit as cool as it can get. Any degree is on the count, I am serious about that.

Also, I was quite lucky on my CPU silicon. I think I am going to try to push it to 5Ghz for first goal and if successful then over it. And more, I am investing a little into 280X (MSI Gaming series) so it better be clocking fucking well or I'll break something in it. Hence why low temps are a must.

I highly double they get that CFM at only 1400rpm. That's about the CFM my 80mm Deltas get...

I would stick to:

Yate Loon
Noise Blocker
Corsair
Delta(VERY loud, but move more air than a hair dryer)
Silverstone
