To be honest though, I really don't see a dermal punch in the lobe being that bad, I'd imagine a 6mm conch hurting like a mother bitch, though. I've easily experienced worse pain, but as far as piercing 'pinches' go, this was a pretty hard pinch. Though my forceps hurt more than the actual needle. Could have been that I just fucked up with the ring that caused the excess pain.
Guess whoever pierced it must have gone through some of the cartilage there rather than through the tab of skin, if you plan on stretching it it'll be hell.
Dermal punch in the lobe felt like nothing, 6mm conch would probably sting a bit more than usual, but I don't see it hurting much, except when you try to sleep on it. My worst piercing was getting 4 microdermals in the same session, the last dermal punch definitely didn't feel great.
