Case in point, 6mm of my ears being removed.

I have my nipples pierced and my septum hurt a hell of a lot more, mostly because fucked up and ended up having to force my ring through instead of just sliding it in inside the needle.

To be honest though, I really don't see a dermal punch in the lobe being that bad, I'd imagine a 6mm conch hurting like a mother bitch, though. I've easily experienced worse pain, but as far as piercing 'pinches' go, this was a pretty hard pinch. Though my forceps hurt more than the actual needle. Could have been that I just fucked up with the ring that caused the excess pain.
