He's saying you make the same mistakes over and over with each drawing that you do. Your rendering is good, but you need to go back to the basics and learn anatomy. In otherwords every single drawing of a person we have seen, the eyes, nose, mouth have all been in the wrong place. They almost look scrunched together or spaced to far apart. Unless you're using models from the hills have eyes... if that's the case carry on.
