Just make it to where you think it looks good. Who cares if no one else likes it?

It makes it harder to be as proud of my work when I'm the only person who can enjoy it.

I know I should follow your advice though.

I mean i dont know of too many people that like my style at all. But all that matters is you like looking at your tag. but i can see where you are coming from, everyone likes praise.

I guess I measure my progress/success fully on how other's view my work, and since I'm still learning and far from developing my own style, praise is unfortunately rare to come by.

Yeah thats understandable. I can see why you would want tips and what not from other people. But just dont try to please everyone instead of yourself. Just keep doing what you are doing and pretty soon you will have your own style that you are happy with.
