Hi, I am looking to get this image https://imgur.com/sKF9Zxv resized and within the kb limits. If anyone can help me out that would be great.

Yeah sorry didnt mention that it is ment to be resized for a signature. Would like it to be resized to the average signature size if possible, and still be a GIF.

There's a lot of transparency and it's being ripped from an mp4 file so there aren't many options to retain quality while making it a larger image.

I have no problem doing this for you, but for next time please keep in mind that this is just a resizing thread.
In the future, if you would like signatures or avatars created from videos or other images, please post in the Graphic Request Forums
