Where is this unhappy place?

disclaimer: i'm not a vegan

try being vegetarian first then vegan. giving up meat isn't that hard. giving up cheese and chocolate is.
you just gotta find like 10 go-to recipes to sustain your week.
in the morning i used to eat oatmeal with dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, brown sugar and almond milk. i sometimes still do, but i usually just have a massive bowl of fruit salad that's full in the fridge.

i think whether or not you do become vegan, the more important thing is to just be conscious of what foods you put in your body. people who don't do that end up leading very lazy, unhealthy lifestyles.
a good first step would be to concentrate on eating meat like 3 times a week between all meals. or get a girlfriend who doesn't eat meat.
