hmm what style you were going for than? :D There is def texture all right, but you changed style 5 times while painting, or at least i get that feel. (neck, shirt, nose, eyes, cap, bg). Make brushes work for you, not against you, use them to achieve a look faster with them, not to slow you down cause you have to paint over 100 times.

look at more paintings from sijun forum and than try copying portrait speedie from there. Than try same style you copied, with auto portrait. Choose something you feel close to.
