English / European, though it doesn't take place in the world as we know it necessairly, European would just be the basis (Slavic, Spanish, British, Germanic, Nordic etc)
And any names, first middle last, i'll sort them out once i've got some to go with. I always spend too long thinking of names lol so i'm just roughing things out atm.
