If the back person had seen two black hats, he would have known that he had a white hat, and would have said so before hand i guess, Also The second person, not hearing the back guy say anything knows that both he and the first wise man are not both wearing black hats, but he said nothing, so he must be wearing a white hat? no

The last guy doesn't say anything, so he doesn't see two black hat. Otherwise, he would have known.
So the first two hats can be ;

If the second guy would have seen a black hat, he would have known that he had a white hat. But he didn't say anything.
So, the first guy knows he has a white hat
