if you have an x next to your name, it means i don't know who you are nor have i seen you post here consistently. i don't want the prize pool to flood this event with rands trying to claim the fg prize and potentially ripping tags to take a shot at winning.

special mention for deathnever, who successfully entered and completed a tag last year.

essentially, i am not banning you from entering the contest, but in the event that one of you wins i'll need to see your psd before you receive any fg.

as for voting, i'll either get a panel of non-entrants from gdgc or tagfreak; people i know and trust will yield a vote for the strongest tag, since the prize pool is getting quite large, i'll try to get quite a few judges. OR, participants (without an x near their name) can collectively vote for the tags they think are the strongest. i'll leave it up to gdgc to decide which route we take.
