the folder is in place and it has the theme file thing with the same name but im not sure i understand how to apply it

litestep doesn't suck lol

just go to midnightrider13.deviantart.com and look at his desktop screens, in the comments, the man shows you what themes he's using and everything. all you have to do is download litestep themes off whatever site, and then right click your desktop and install the theme.

imo it sucks. as soon as you download a theme and get stuck since it isnt up on the server anymore it will fuckup completely and u'll have to reinstall it...

ive also tried double clicking the windows visual style file that im trying to apply, but it just doesnt show up on the list
