my computer has been kinda slow lately which I think is cuz of all the unneeded programs I have downloaded.

is there some kind of list of vital programs for my computer/os that I can look at while deleting some programs to ensure I don't delete anything important?

If you type a given program or process into a Google it'll bring up tons of pages that can help you assess its necessity

my computer -> Uninstall or change a program -> Use commonsence and delete the programs you dont want.

But when you uninstall programs there will always be "left overs", use "ad aware" to away shit like that

edit:

ALSO, disk defrag your computer once in a while. It will make it work faster

edit2: Yeah i am bored, that is why wall of text

As a Photoshop user defragmenting is especially useful. Photoshop uses your primary partition as a scratch disk unless you've specifically specified a separate drive, and the scratch disk only uses unfragmented free space.
