What's an optimal 4-link for physical RoA?

so it recognized my tablet as a "second trackpad" or something
I can use my finger but not the stylus
and it's gay
it was never "installed" so I can't figure out how to install it since webroot blocked it

I forgot about the disk and just tried plugging tablet into laptop

Im bad at this game but id use something like faster attack crit chance mana leech or something else useful if you dont need the leech ( ie faster projectiles, added fire damage)

i use life leech on frenzy. i heal from 1-100 in like 2 arrows.
