I was contracted for a simple sig job for brc

After having agreed upon a price, and doing a number of edits, I presented him with the finished work, for which I still have the .PSD file.

I have not received payment, and brc PM'd me stating that he would no longer like to purchase the sig, and that he would be buying one from a friend of his.

I checked his profile this morning, and to my surprise, he is wearing the sig I made for him, but for which I have yet to receive payment.

This constitutes scamming, and I would like to either be paid, or this user to be punished appropriately.

I believe this adequately demonstrates my association with this individual.
For proof of my work on this sig, I would gladly provide the .PSD file to any Med whom should request it.

For those who don't know, a .PSD file is the editable photoshop file.
My possession of such should prove my work in creating this sig, and therefore my right to payment for said work.

he changed sig now, but i still hav a screenshot of wen he was ripping my sig.
i would like him to lose his signature rights.

your image you posted in topic is not the same as his charter
