I just read a passage by Nietzsche regarding illness, it's pretty amazing.

i've been severely anemic (my blood really sucks at being blood)/hopsitalized because of it, and over the course of about a year none of the medication has worked so i'm going in in about an hour for the following
1) they test to see if this latest treatment has worked but none of the others have so they aren't hopeful for this option, but it's always there
2) i get a bone marrow transplant so my body can hopefully "readjust" itself to learn to make blood that doesn't suck
3) they're also testing for leukemia

as of my last visit, they said 2 and 3 are my most likely options
so yeah i'm kinda bummed.
