A short summary/story of what happened

He liked my sign and wanted to buy. Then i said i want 150 fg for it but he didnt wanted to pay that price and used it without paying me.

i hope its enough to give him a warn and remove his sign rights

as I see he no longer uses it

Summary: I wanted a sig from this guy and he told me to send 10 fg before any work was done because he said I could steal sig whenever. So I sent him 10 fg, he has not made any effort to making the signature and he ignores my PM's. Now I want my 10 fg back.

He has NOT showed any effort towards showing me proof of him making me a signature, so I have taken the liberty and maken my own.

I was contracted for a simple sig job for brc

After having agreed upon a price, and doing a number of edits, I presented him with the finished work, for which I still have the .PSD file.

I have not received payment, and brc PM'd me stating that he would no longer like to purchase the sig, and that he would be buying one from a friend of his.

This morning, I noticed he was wearing the sig I worked on for him.

This constitutes scamming, and I would like to either be paid, or this user to be punished appropriately.

I believe this adequately demonstrates my association with this individual.
For proof of my work on this sig, I would gladly provide the .PSD file to any Med whom should request it.

For those who don't know, a .PSD file is the editable photoshop file.
My possession of such should prove my work in creating this sig, and therefore my right to payment for said work.

Well actually, I can't charge him with anything if he doesn't USE the sig, but he did.
He declined payment, saying he'd be getting a different one, then went and put it up.
