if u´re using the stocks that are ordered in the "resource stocks blablabla" category you can use everything. terms of use are oftenly given by the deviation description. you can basically use everything without permission tho~~
especially off resurgere. there´s nobody running around seeking for people that used their stocks without giving credits.....

k cuz my friend gets all his tatoos off devient art and i thought that was illegal O_o
