Well, PS atm is made for Vista (Max). If its not the one you didn't bought (If your getting me) it may not update it self to the Win 7.0?
Nothing els I can think of, also. This is happening with many things, Aion has this with DLL files which makes 10% of the people not able to play the game and thats alot.
Most sad thing is, the makes really don't care. Its all about getting payed :<

my photoshop versions are legally bought same as my windows 7. i dont steal software. thats for lamer.
