The best advice I can give you is to never erase. Cut the eraser off your pencil and draw like there is no tomorrow.
Mess up? Keep drawing. Fuck it up so bad you can't see what you're doing anymore? Scrap it and draw again.
Do NOT get attached to any of your drawings. Consider everything in your first year steaming dog crap so you don't try to stick to something that's not working.
It's really just a rigorous process and your goal should never be to post something that looks good.
Your goal should be to post something that's an improvement of your last piece.

Post everything. But don't draw with the intent of showing it off. You'll never experiment that way if you feel like you're always going to be judged.
Do what everyone in this thread has been saying and draw a million sketches, the quality is insignificant. In this case, quantity > quality.
Do NOT post once "good" piece. I want to see a million crappy ones.
