Resizing does not cost anything, nor would any costs be forwarded to the staff member who had given you the verbal warning. It is your responsibility as the member to make sure your signature and profile is within site rule regulations.

As for Resizing your signature, it appears as though the current image in your signature has a broken link, you may pm me the image needed for Resizing or repost here with the image.

you'll have to remove that gif because it makes the total size of your images exceed the limit
