That last work, quite easily, is one of your best portrait works yet.
Wow, there was a drastic jump in quality content in these last 3 pictures man!
Keep it up!1) Your noses and eyes actually are starting to look very good! I'm actually very impressed
2) Be careful with the jaw line - the last picture looks pretty good, but the one before has noticeable issues (the face ended up looking squished)
3) Lips - You're improving your ability to draw features, but the lips are still looking off. Be careful with making sure that they look relatively even and that they're positioned correctly.
4) Fingers are hard...try practicing fingers from reference on their own (just fill a page with hands and fingers). You'll only get better at those proportions by practicing them.
My suggestion? Keep pumping out sketches like these without worrying about rendering them quite yet. Once you get comfortable with your line work (which has greatly improved) and the basics of proportions, then you can worry about shading and values.
Once again, keep it up. I'm not sure what changed, but you're definitely progressing.
