firehawk is using my pic in sig without permission

i told him before he even got that sig that he cant use my pic in it. Go remove his sig, hes braking law and my copyrights by using the sig or even posting my pic to that topic.

You can see from exif info that i own the photo or i can send original raws of pic if its needed. Allso u can see that i posted it on my photo gallery and photo forums before that topic.

so i did the signiture
as in his topic he promissed 150 fg

so he used the signiture and did not pay me

i reported him to souforte then:

he pmed him and the guy removed my sig.

now after about 3 month he put it back again
without any approval or paying me any fg
it is like he betted that i would not cheeck and deliberately and repetadely wants to rip me off.

i reported him again to souforte( link up)

and souforte directed me to write a topic here.

pm souforte i think he can prove that the guy had( still has as far as i see) my sig on when i am creating this message.

and i dont think( but you may think otherwise) that a simple warn will work with this guy since he may w8 for another 3 moth( or more) and put it back again!!)

I do not believe anything else is needed to prove they have ripped my signature because my name is still even on it. Please pm me if you need anything else. Also if you can pm me when this gets resolved it will be greatly appreciated. If needed my friend could probably even send you the .psd file or the .xcf file. Apparently Move has removed my signature now.

User: Samyboi, has stolen a signature from me, previously offered for 30 fg in his request thread. I have not been paid for it, nor have I given him permission to use it without paying. Screenshots, original files, or gold logs can be provided to prove that he did not pay me for this signature.
