This only proves that you were able to find a render of that angel, and make a similar background. As you can see from Sesshy's stock image his friend sent him, there is already background image behind the angel. If you really wanted to prove this, you would send ur .psd file which will have a date of edit on the file as any standard windows file would have.

i will gladly send a PSD to any trusted members or mediators who don't believe me. if you had any knowledge of photoshop, you would've noticed the layers palette on the right side of the image. hence the proof...

Actually, i do have knowledge of photoshop, i myself make sigs for people... i'm not extremely good at it, but i still do it. I'm far from uneducated, and i can see ur layers, but it just proves that you found a render of the angel, and were able to make the background... any photoshop artist can do this. The only thing that will save you in the eyes of many, is if you were to send ur .psd file to a med, to check the date of last modification. This alone will tell when ur .psd file was created, so we can determine when you made your file accordingly to when Sesshy put put his sig up.

As far as jsp not registering images with google. You are right, because sigs are not stored on jsp. However, most people store their sigs on photobucket and imageshack. Both of these do register images with google, and are easily searched using the google engine. I have made/edited numerous sigs for Sesshy because he has no clue how to use photoshop, nor do I even think he owns it. I have been making sigs for a couple months now.

You are a July 08 Member, with only 1k posts, and you are already trying to cause problems. Granted I am an 08' member as well, but i'm sure that more people know me than you. Yes, I'm in Sesshy's guild, but i've known Sesshy since i was in "The One & Only" and when Tom sold it, I followed him into Dark, and when Brad sold Dark, I followed him into βορέας. Sesshy is a good kid, and would never intentionally steal anyone's work. Just for the shear fact he quickly removed the sig shows a lot of kindness on his part. His friend made that sig for him well over a month ago, and the only reason I know when it was made was because when I asked if he needed a new one when Dark was sold, he informed me his friend was doing it for him.

edit: And after thinking about it further, even looking at the "Last Modified" date on your .psd file wouldn't really matter, due to the fact that all you have to do is change your computer's date/time and resave that file to change the date. So not even that is your proof. If i was at my house computer, I would be able to come up with that same render and give you a screen shot of it with layers and everything. It really isn't that hard of an image to do.



Adobe can also be Adobe Acro Reader, which is a very common install with a lot of new programs out on the market due to them writing manuals in Adobe Acrobat. Dumbass

I'm here to provide reasonable doubt that you are falsely accusing my friend Sesshy of ripping. After all, that is what this thread is for isn't it. It is for people to provide evidence in their case to prove that a person is ripping there sig, and it is for the accused to present evidence that he/she did not rip the image. Sesshy does not know anything about photoshop in the least, or else he wouldn't bug me as often as he does to produce a sig for him. With you getting as mad as you are that i'm in here giving more than enough evidence to give reasonable doubt, shows that you are falsely accusing Sesshy, and you are just trying to get some publicity in the JSP world. That little image you posted with the Kill it with fire was very immature, and is concidered to be spam. I am here to stick up for my friend, so that people like you can just go around getting innocent people locked.

the dude posted a sig that has the exact same sig as i made with some brushes added on to it, which i can provide a PSD for with a modification date of 7/9/08

he and his guild leader have basically admitted that it's a ripped sig. at this point the only variable is that he's claiming that he retrieved it from a friend.

and tbh, without any proof or a believable story there's no objection to it from a non-biased opinion.

So you are telling me that WaSmack, my guild leader admited to this sig being ripped? I highly doubt that, nor did Sesshy admit to it being ripped.

Found on photobucket and imageshack. It would take much for you to find this image and edit it to be similar to Sesshy's background with a few filters and brushes. As far as the date on your file goes, that only reason you to reset the date on your computer to relect whenever you want the file to look like it was created. You are going to need more proof of your accusation to say that Sesshy ripped your sig.

why would i go through advanced .PSD editing, re-doing an image and adding what he's added, and modifying my system clock for every image in my graphics folder to attack a member who i've never encountered before? it's not like i benefit from this in any way. i just want rippers to be punished accordingly. well, no, that's not true. i want rippers who make up bullshit stories and provide no evidence as to their non-existant story to be punished accordingly.

please don't reply here. if you have any proof as to his innocence (which doesn't exist) post it here. otherwise you can take it up with me. i don't want to get in trouble for what could be considered spam in this topic.
