I laugh at kids trying to do "gfx", that's pretty much it. I don't really see any point in spending any time on sigs, 'cause anything I'd be interested in making would be vastly over the size limit.

they aren't something i would ever put into my portfolio, but i enjoy doing them.
also i think they got a bad rap, but you can still learn alot while making them.
