I was on vacation and it worked fine for my laptop. Which needed to reserve system resources for Blender. And I never said anything about building a full website in flash. My website has no flash in it. Even in 1998 I didn't do all flash, most the work was html. And obviously I prefer to make less but be my own boss. Saying I could get a job in the field would have been redundant and unneeded. I choose this lifestyle because I like working at home and answering to nobody. Basically you fabricated everything you flamed me for. Except maybe the lack of screen cap thing. Which honestly, that video turned out fine for what it is. And it's the only cycles silhouette tutorial on youtube aside from someone who did it wrong. Have fun ripping on people. You can either join the word or work against it.
Flame? Ripping? What I said wasn't subjective.. Will you please requote me and bold the parts where I flamed you? I'll apologize if you show me where I wronged you. My intention was never to flame, but rather to give you insight into current practices/programs. Adobe CC is only $50/mo for example. I graduated in 08 and based on school and my peers, no one uses flash anymore. A majority of devs are using php, javascript, jquery, and mysql, etc.
Also, in the US the 2014-2015 poverty line is $11,670. You would rather voluntarily live in poverty than make 3x that, plus benefits, because why? Even the national average minimum wage in the US is $14,500.

What do you contribute? Insults? You know most the psychology community would agree thatinsults almost always come from someone feeling inferior or threatened. I never threatened you. Sorry feeling shitty enough to rip on people. Bet you're a real charmer in the business world.
What insults? What adjectives/opinion were used? I merely relayed information. I don't understand why you took offense.
Also, my contribution to the thread was stated earlier.
