Wow this is a total mess...
Thought I would post it anyway to see if someone can see what I did wrong and help me improve.

that light source is way too strong and doesn't make sense. It also shouldn't be straight white. Your smudges are too chatoic and whispy; look like they were kinda thrown in there. Colours look forced and the things on her face don't fit. Basically the whole thing's a mess bro. Not to mention the random white dots also look forced.

The only reason I haven't done more is because these take so long to make, and I simply don't have the time to spend >1hour a day tagging.

Too much black

Well at least there is more than one color in it, but the way you've used the colors is bad.
The flow is wrong, the effects chaotic and the light source doesn't fit at all.

Practice! Study the psds over and over and keep tagging. I'll send you a tutorial for smudging later.




You're completely falling back into your old smudging habits.
The smudging looks lq, the colors are dull and monotone, there's also way too much black in it.
It's like you've ignored all the lessons within this tag.

I think this could be a great tag with some more work, awesome use of negative space. I wish you worked a bit more on the colors.
