its great work for 3 weeks using your tablet well done! But there are flaws, the main one being the characters. The problem is you painted them on seperate canvas' on white backgrounds and they really look odd, especially the ork (or whatever it is, i dont play WoW:P). I'm not sure but maybe its the orks skin colours, the colours of the sky should reflect more on the hue of the skin...
You'v got a great enviroment though, love the trees in the background.
